Saw this on Hoggit, might be of interest if people want to upade their WW2 era radio callsigns on TeamSpeak and such. :P

(You can search for callsigns used for certain aircraft, or squadrons)

So now we can have me in a Harrier with the callsign Sabre, and someone from 54 in a Viggen with the callsign Hornet, just to confuse everyone. :lol:

Of course I had to look it up... callsign "WINDMILL" is a Dutch helicopter unit. How appropriate. :lol:

DCS 2.5.2.18307 Update 3

DCS Normandy 1944

More detailed objects and realistic airfield textures. The textures now reflect the more dusty, lighter, sandy surfaces
Removal of permanent structures from ALG airfields
Concrete surfaces for the airfields of Evreux, Carpiquet, and Tangmere
Shallow water zones along the coastal areas
New stone bridges
More structures like farm houses outside the detailed areas of the map
Added more objects like windmills

The objects are just like windmills. I interpret that to be an effect type class now, so Dietrich will no doubt be happily ploughing into assorted sheds, garages and chimneys which look at him funny. I await with interest the Windmill class destroyers... :lol:

I can't believe they specifically called out windmills on the update. It's a conspiracy!
