Yes, both are borked, DCS is the better ME though in the end, far more can be done, I just grow frustrated with hoping that every Friday update doesn't break something that my mission is dependent upon and with amazing features that have been non-functional since ver 1.2. Oddly, 2.0.4 Alpha seems to be immune to some of these bugs.

It's possible that they just aren't too concerned about fixing 1.5 ME issues since they hope to merge the two soon. I know I probably wouldn't spend a ton of time fixing path 1 if I was working hard on design path 2.

Sabre is a ton of fun. I find the F5 even better though.

Yes, F5 is great, most of my squadron is not interested though, but Sabre, I can get them into. So, I do have the No. 401 Sqn skin... up for some flying Sunday?

Also, looking to make up a fourth to fly the F5 sometime in MBots campaign for it...

The missin editor in 2.0 is good, not played with it so much, but the airfields have labels for each parking spot so you know which one to select to put aircraft in the right position.

I hope they get 2.5 out in the next couple of months.

Btw, not ME related as such, but is it possible to restrict the sides from knowing where the other is spawning? Every server (all 3 of them!) Has had a screen with both sides details on in plain view. Has some OpSec implications.

Additionally, is it possible to turn off the stats view which shows plane types?

The ACG Fighting Legends server last night seemed to have edited some of these details.. I need to go back and confirm though, but I recall it looked different from what I'd seen elsewhere..
